There is sweet pinon in the crisp Santa Fe air and that means the holidays are just around the corner. A big part of the holidays is sharing great food in good company, and we’d like to help make your gatherings as delicious as possible. Below are our suggestions to bring hand-crafted goodness to your table.
Old-fashioned Pumpkin Pie – The holiday classic, baked in sweet butter crust ($18.00)
Pumpkin-Honey Cheesecake – Pumpkin and Honey from Dixon, house-made Ricotta from South Valley milk ….a locavore’s delight ($25.00)
Chocolate-Hazelnut Torte – A flourless cake of bittersweet Belgian chocolate and toasted hazelnuts ($28.00)
Rustic Apple Tart – Puff pastry baked around apples and topped w/vanilla bean butter ($25.00)
Pear-Almond Tart – Sweet pastry w/pears & crunchy almond topping ($25.00)
Cinnamon Melt Coffee Cake – Sweet cinnamon danish in a pull-apart coffee cake ($25.00)
Blue Cornbread – Southern cornbread made with stone-ground New Mexican blue cornmeal ($8.00)
All of these dishes are approximately 9” in diameter and can serve between six and eight people.
